Mold Assessment Report

Any evidence or symptoms (odor or visual in nature) detected at time of any inspection, or if already detected by a third party, will prompt a Mold Assessment. We will generate a Mold Assessment Inspection by our State of Florida Certified Mold Assessor, which will detail the location, nature and species of the suspected mold.

The Assessment will entail biological sampling of the suspect area (via swab or tape sampling), submitted to a third party laboratory for testing and analization. An air quality sample may also be necessary to determine the level of suspect mold spores within the building.  This test will also be conducted and samples will be submitted to a third party laboratory for testing and analization. A comprehensive report will be issued after issuance of such laboratory results. (SAMPLE REPORT)
