Roof Certification Report

Insurance carriers, at time of policy renewal and also otherwise, will require a Roof Certification Report to determine the current state of the entire roof covering system. The inspection will determine:

Roof’s approximate Age
Type of Covering
Material of Roof Covering
Visually apparent Leaks
Visually apparent Damage to overall Roof System, and
Overall Roof Geometrical Shape.
